He's had almost no personal foul penalties since going to Miami

Plus, the reporters out of Miami have been uniform this week in saying that he is NOT seen as a locker room distraction/cancer. He just isn't a leader. Dominant on the field, "laser focused" off the field. Also has taken young players under his wing in recent years.
