I would stay with Winston.

I certainly don’t want to put my eggs in the basket of the ones in this draft class and

I am tired of seeing us screw our selves by trading up.

We never traded up for a QB

i.e. Mahommes

Sign Winston and trade up for Pickett

Matt Corral could be good. I might lean that way if there's nobody else i really feel like i have to draft.

I don't have a problem with a Winston 2-year deal, and draft a qb in 1st

Matt Corrall went from shite to really good in a year. He might not be a bad pick

Why do you “want” JW? No teams want him. He’s never proven to be consistent.

All of you saying Browns won’t get a ham sandwich for Baker Mayfield haven’t been paying attention. Where there are multiple potential buyers, the price will increase.

Adam Schefter said there isn't much market left. Said the Colts don't even seem interested in Mayfield. Noted maybe Seattle and Carolina, but no sure fire interest ATM. Of course things could change, but not really a lot of teams looking to add him. Think about it. Who all is even left?

This board is vastly underrating Sam Howell, above average arm strength, and he had a pretty good combine. His roster/offensive scheme was horrible his last year at UNC. He might be a nice steal if drafted into the right system.

Better not pay 20 million a year. If we do they better arrest JW for robbery

You do realize that franchise QBs are at or near the $50M range, right?

A competent starting QB now goes for $20+ million, and good backups/seat-warmer starters/journeyman vets around $10-12M.

Hell, elite WRs are commanding almost $30M now. A competent starting QB at $20M is practically a bargain these days.
