DA went and got his own guys, that were panned for being retreads, but they are surely running an elite defense. Looks like getting rid of Kris Richard did wonders for our secondary.

Defense looks very good most of the time. The changes appear to be good.

I still think DA is a shite HC, but I am willing to see what changes he makes this offseason on the Offensive side of the ball (assuming we do not completely implode this year).

Having Lattimore healthy and stay on the field does wonders too.

Depth on Dline looks good. A lot of folks wanted better LBer depth but Ty and Baun seem to be making plays and getting snaps. Someone use to post snap counts. Anyone?

I don't have snap counts but if I remember correctly we spend like 5% of snaps in base defense, so those two don't see the field a whole lot.

opposing QB by QB Rating

Tannehill (30th) W
Bryce Young (29th) W
Jordan Love (18th) L
Baker Mayfield (9th) L
Mac Jones (31st) W

If one thing is for certain, this soft schedule will allow them to be just good enough to not make any wholesale changes.

I'm excited by how the defense has been playing and it's not their fault who the other team's QB is, but the QBs we faced and their QBRs do have to be taken into account. Hopefully we continue to take advantage of the lesser than average QBs we have to face and compile a winning record that gets us into the playoffs where anything can happen
