The 2nd guy always gets the flag. Lattimore should know this. Thank goodness for the blocked FG to end it. Koo is too good of a kicker to miss that kick otherwise

Which is why teams/players will test him in key situations. Falcons WR literally had nothing to lose. Call on him, just makes the throw longer, offsetting and they’re in the same spot, flag in Latt and they have a make able FG attempt

Yeah, it looked like he hit Lattimore in the face twice, the second time after the whistle, and then gave a Neymar-esque flop.
