Someone please tell me once again why Sean Payton is still our head coach? I was praying his sorry arse would leave and we are now stuck with him for a few more years now. Him and his liberal arse beliefs. I guess my days of enjoying Saints Football are over. I refuse to follow a team coached by such a pussy.

The old adage is that guns don't kill people, people kill people. But guns make it easier for killers to be killers. If the guy who shot Will Smith only had a baseball bat, Smith's chances of surviving that incident are probably considerably higher.
I don't want to take away guns. I don't want to take away someone's right to own a gun, given they are vetted properly. But even vetting someone properly isn't an assurance that they won't do more harm than good with a gun. The problem is that people are nuts. And guns make it really easy for nutty people to be nuts.
So, you're admitting it is easier for larger people to kill smaller or weaker people?
(That's kinda helpful for women)
So, what if the victim had a gun to defend himself and his wife? MAybe he's still alive?
Are you liberals really that stupid or do you just follow regressive orders correctly and repeat whatever they say?

STFU SP and worry about fielding a good football team.

Damn, I've really lost some respect for posters in this thread that I had previously considered decent. I can't believe so many here are completely ignorant regarding the issue of gun control. Let the government take away our guns and see what happens to this country.....

So if we get rid of all the guns in the world and then someone gets murdered with a knife, do we ban all knives? Last time I remembered I own several guns and none of them have shot another human being

I don't give a flying f@ck what CSP thinks about anything other than football for the most part.
He gave his opinion on a hot topic 24 hrs after a close friend and someone who he was going to be working with in the Saints org died.
He don't like guns. Big freaking deal...oh noz the sky is falling lets all have a freak out

I'm not sure what everyone is so mad about. Payton didn't call for a gun ban or anything. Just said he hated guns and doesn't think they should be so easily accessible

England had one mass murder where a nutter walked into a school and murdered children. Within days the government banned guns there hasn't been another mass murder since and that was 20 years ago.
Are there gun murders in the UK, yes but if you want to buy a gun the average price on the black market for a pistol is around $8,000 and ammunition is almost impossible to get hold of.
I get people like guns but the argument that if you own one you're less likely to get shot makes not sense.

Well, next time we elect a coach, you make sure and cast your vote, big guy.
