If Watson was picking the Saints it would have already happened.

You could right, but if that were the case I would think we would be in overdrive right now getting a deal for Winston done.

People keep saying this. What if he legit hasn’t made up his mind yet? Is it really that crazy of a thought?

I really believe our front office has multiple contingency plans in place for QB if we don't land Watson. I also believe we're going to continue to talk/persuade him/agent/etc and give him his time to decide.

It’s certainly possible, but at a certain point the saints need to say we’ve made our offer and there’s nothing more we can do and move on. If he wants to win now the decision isn’t really complicated at all. Time is up.

I wouldn’t say it’s crazy but he clearly knows where he would prefer to play at this point and it isn’t New Orleans. It’s not like the facts are going to change for each side much over the weekend aside from some smaller signings. We should just scoop up Winston since he wants to be here
