Well on the two picks last week, one hit the receiver in the hands and the other Ginn ran the wrong route and gave up on the play.
The two fumbles were god awful though, and he had some other rough spots.
But partly they tried to ask him to play pocket QB too much last week.

Chargers have talent(Rivers/Gordon/Ingram/Bosa/Allen etc) but the saints are deeper

Barrett has shown nothing that would seemingly put him in danger of being claimed by another team.
Plus if someone claims him he has to be put on the 53, not the new team's PS. So they'd be carrying a QB who is raw AND doesn't know their system.
