Brees is moving the defender is moving, it's impossible to avoid helmet to helmet on some tackles, it's going to happen. The defender did not intend to hit Brees in the head.

Orakpo was looking down when the hit occurred yet he contacted drew Brees on the face mask with the crown of his helmet. Yea drew Brees didnt duck, the rules of physics just took a vacation for a play
