When you juggle a catch and you aren't touched after you have possession of ball, GET THE frick UP AND RUN... AT LEAST REACH FOR THE FIRST BEHIND YOUR BUTT IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE GETTING UP!!!!!!!!!

Devery also needs to run routes to the sticks on 3rd down.

Yeah he dropped one but that TD catch wasn't easy and that play was all hustle

the flee flicker he caught over his shoulder last week vs the cards was even more impressive

i agree (and i agree he hadn't been touched and could've crawled past the sticks). however, on that play, he had to come back to the ball from beyond the sticks.

He ran the route two yards beyond the sicks. He came back for the ball and kept coming back as he was bobbling the ball.Catch it clean and sit down easily first down.

Are we talking about our leading reciever last night? I love Colston but I'm glad he had the drops and not Devery, you guys would be feasting if so.

true.

people love to bash Devery, but for all of the "Meachem Mania" hype Devery is still the #2 WR.

For the record, this isn't a bashing devery thread.

In the past two or three years? Where?

Dude's really come into his own, in my estimation.

yes. watch this board when he drops one. People flip out. ALso, i view the Meachem hype in a way as a little slight to Henderson. Henderson still had more yards and catches than Meachem this year, not even counting the playoffs.

i agree. He has actually learned to play WR, not just run really fast.

i think he must have heard a whistle and didn't make a move to get up. as i remember it, he came down and was sort of looking straight at the lineman on his left.

What gets me is how everyone was saying that Devery needed to go when he got a new contract. i knew given some time that he would catch up and start producing like I knew he was capable of and I know that he has had one heck of a season as far as receptions and yardage!!!!! I wouldn't be surprised that he has a very outstanding game in Miami also!!!
