Can you list the 3 to 4 things I was wrong about? That should be another fun exercise.

So about those stray bullets that hit Raquel...

Will hears shots, turns towards where they came from, saw Hayes with a gun and got shot in the side, goes towards the car and gets lit up. Pretty easy to see how he got shot in the side.

exactly but everyone is claiming that he was shot in the back first. Or have they changed their assumption on that? You have to stick to one story or the other haha.

No, but this recent quote from Chick Foret was pretty telling:

They start today and will hear witness testimony, but they may not get around to witnesses just yet.

We probably won't hear anything today.

Common sense tells you they weren't stray bullets.

Will was 6'3. Racquel comes up to his shoulder only when wearing 6" heels, as evidenced in the multiple pictures of them.

Her thigh and knee are nowhere near his upper torso. Shooter used two bullets purposely on her.

Police already said that all shell casings were recovered.

What more do you want?

It is kind of sad we've come down to the point of breaking down a simple word like that, but i understand the concept of attempting to "1 up" at this point in this ordeal. You got me, you got me good.

You're right, it was sad when you did it

Interesting note on Fuller. His judge pro tem assignment was only scheduled to last from May until an election could be held in November. The previous judge was forced into retirement prior to his term ending. Fuller had no intention of running in as far as I can tell.

I only mention it because some posters were pumping the idea that Fuller must have some serious dirt on Smith and/or the NOPD to forego a spot on the bench, but the reality is that he was never giving up his lucrative law practice. This case will do more for his career than a 7 month assignment as a judge pro tem, so for Fuller, staying on the Hayes case was the mother of all no brainers.

We knew he was appointed for a temporary position. To say he had no aspirations to be a judge is BS
