Chad and I agree he stopped short. Yes sir having cars in front of him doesn't automatically keep you from stopping short.

Absolutely not. However, your comment about Smith being responsible for his own death gave me pause. I was obviously being very tongue and cheek in my response.

That's what I was trying to convey but Mr. Imperfect can't grasp any of my comments.
No one knows if Hayes would have been pissed after being bumped. He could have gotten out of his car yelling at Smith and the same results could have happened, only on well lit videos.

None of that matters though. Why do people on here think they are the Asian guy from Law & Order? Smith could have been a gaping vagina that night. He could have hit every strip club in town, drove drunk, ran red lights, and everything in between.

Regardless of whether he is guilty of murder or legally not guilty, Hayes will forever be known as the man who shot Will Smith in the back 7 times and in the side once.
He will also be known as the man who tried to take out Racquel Smith's legs.
