Did you ever say what your 20 years in the law field entailed?

Because you commented that the Shooter's attorney called 2 things right like he had ESP or something. The only way he'd know things is by talking to his client. Just because he released that info doesn't mean the police does or doesn't know about it.
I watched the Police Chief's press conference where he said only one gun was in police custody and that Racquel Smith was shot once. We know those statements are both false. It doesn't mean he's lying. Apparently there is a communications glitch in those documenting and those reporting the information.

my point wasn't that he had ESP, my point was that he CLEARLY hasn't been throwing shite against the wall. Is that really hard to understand?

Maybe not those two comments but he has been suggesting all kinds of things.
I'll just keep watching the news and

Will Smith was prepared to hit and run regardless, so i dont really see why it matters
I've watched the video over a dozen times. I think it can be argued that there was not, in fact, contact by Smith's vehicle on Magazine Street (I'm not alone in that observation).
Why do you say Smith was "prepared to hit and run regardless"?
In any event. 7 in the back and 1 in the side.

I am with you here. Nothing in that video proves Smith's Benz made contact with Hayes' Hummer. I think Hayes let off the brake to inch up and avoid the contact, more so that Smith making contact.

He would have ran regardless if Hayes pulled to the side of the road, or if he had just stayed in the road.

there is video of a piece of Will Smith's Mercedes falling off of his car after he hits the Hummer.
To further examine the situation
Hayes doesnt pull off the road if he isnt hit.
Will Smith doesnt pull off, into the oncoming lane of traffic, and run the red light if he hadnt hit Hayes.
Hayes doesnt speed to follow Smith(and ram him) if there was no contract between cars.
Use common sense.

you are either an idiot or completely biased if you say there wasnt contact on the hit and run accident. its really that simple.

I would say there's as much speculation in that narrative as "common sense".

It's not always "that simple."

So you saying Hayes was a hit man? because what other reason would he have chased him down and rammed him? Just because he felt like it?

Unless this piece of vehicle is in an evidence bag that video is useless.

i don't get all the lester hate... I don't agree with much of what he's said in the past week in a half, but he's at least been somewhat reasonable about it...
there's no need to flame just because he has a different opinion than you, you know, because America and shite

are you this naïve about the senseless violence in NOLA??
NOT saying it's the case here, but could definitely be plausible in another situation

The city definitely has it's issues that are beyond out of control but in the grand scheme of things, truly RANDOM acts of violence are few and far between.

not if the back of the hummer is messed up. and if there was a hit run, I would have to believe some of the Mercedes paint came off onto the hummer.
p.s I cant believe this thread is still going. Everyone needs to move on and get back to focusing on the random player we are going to draft at pick 12 this year haha. I think the only thing that would be a longer thread would be " with the 4th pick in the 2016 draft the saints trade their 1st,2nd, and 4th 2016 picks and next years 2nd to the Cowboys for Christian Hackenburg!"

Well, the Mercedes has a pretty sizable grill guard so there wouldn't really be any noticeable damage on that. Maybe a piece of chrome chipped off from the grill guard? I imagine the back of the Hummer tells that story.

That was a weak attempt at humor

Someone else laughed at it, I'll live if my humor standards don't live up to the all mighty Mr. Hangover. Hope you're having a good day man.
