I don't agree with that action, but it's not like he beat her or has any other violent past.

Hayes has no violent past, has never been convicted of a felony, yet people heard the initial press conference, took one look at him, and considered him guilty on the spot.

I haven't heard one person speak badly about John Fuller's ability as a lawyer.

No, I take into many accounts.

For one his decision to rear end someone over if anything a minor fender bender.. That speaks to his character alone.

I also take into account the actual testimony of people who do in fact know him say he is a bully.

I also do take into account has been arrested for illegal possession of a gun and illegal drugs.

but aside from any of those things.. His actions alone speaks volumes. 10 shots is absurd.

Totally unrelated to the discussion at hand but this statement:
quote:

Fuller went to Zibilich's Section L to argue motions for his client Shawn Phillips, who faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted as charged with third offense marijuana possession.

I'd be pissed, just like I would be pissed if someone hit and ran on me.

In my wall of text, I theorized that Shooter was pissed over the alleged hit and run thinking either he was disrespected for not Will stopping or thinking his prized Hummer was damaged.

Shooter drives over speed limit to catch up to Smith and doesn't realize that Sophie Wright is only 2 blocks long with a traffic signal ahead.

Impala and Smith's vehicle are travelling slower as they are approaching next intersection at Camp. Shooter comes barreling into Smith and can't stop except to rear-end Smith.

Now Shooter's doubly pissed at the prospect of both ends of his prized Hummer being damaged and exits vehicle yelling because I am sure he felt Smith was responsible for the entire incident.

Smith is pissed that his 100K Mercedes SUV is hit and probably gets out of vehicle yelling.

Shooter is too wound up to recognize the infamous Will Smith and things escalate.

Wife and friend try to intervene and it doesn't work. Things go downhill.

that's like saying Will Smith lacks character for the hit and run, running a red light, and driving while impaired. You're reaching and not being fair. But we already know where you hold your bias.

I went to high school with Shawn Phillips, if it's the same Phillips I went to high school with.

He smokes a lot of weed.

I can tell you there was something not right with Shooter based on people in same circles knowing details about him:

1. Tyrann Matthieu comments.
2. Raion Hill commented that he carried a knife while on the movie set with Shooter because he felt threatened.

"Tyrann Mathieu, a safety for the Arizona Cardinals, said he knows of Hayes and the day after Smith’s death Mathieu tweeted of the alleged killer, “He been a hating (expletive) coward ... Never knew he'd grow up to be a killer tho ... May you get what you deserve coward.’’

Raion Hill, who grew up in a suburb of New Orleans and played for two years in the NFL, said he once brought a knife onto a movie set to protect himself from Hayes. Hill said he exchanged words with Hayes on the set of 22 Jump Street, a 2014 movie that was filmed in Louisiana and for which Hill and Hayes worked on football scenes"

Shooter's Hummer is his cover photo on his facebook page so I assumed he was in love with his car.

And Hill carried a knife because he felt threatened? Lol wtf. If you really feel that threatened being an extra on a movie set by this guy, don't go or bring it to the attention of the movie makers.

That's all emotional and reactionary bullshite
