While Lester Earl and I don't agree that often, at least he brings something to the table when he debates and comes across as intelligent.
All you've done is post idiotic BS.

There are non biased witnesses quoted on everything that I have said as well. Also another witness that has yet to come out that supposedly saw a gun.
And you have this information how? You've vetted their statements for accuracy, vetted their history for possible bias, vetted their night, etc?
Were they coming from a bar? Were they intoxicated or impaired? How far away were they? Was their view obstructed in any way? How was the lighting at the crime scene?
Eye witnesses testimony is very dangerous in murder trials and can be misleading. Unless you know all those answers, you can't possibly even come close to being able to say their statements are accurate.
Furthermore, the biased eye witnesses are likely going to be the ones who determine the case. The wife's story is going to be the best witness testimony period if she takes the stand. The 2 friends in Will's car will likely have the best view of the gun.

Not to back the other side, because I see murder too. But a few years ago I had a thread about how my phone kept dialing 911 by pocket dials. 911 had records that I called them four times, my phone said it called them 21 times.
Not all calls to NOLA 911 seem to connect.

Would be interesting if what people thought was Smith's gun turned out to be reflection off the pair of sunglasses found underneath the back end of the Mercedes at the crime scene.

You can keep repeating it and will still not be right. One time, which I admitted to a couple days ago. You've done nothing but post emoticons and continually misspell "breaking"and "breaks."
please send the link where I have said anything about breaking or breaks. Must be getting mixed up with one of your other arguments. I applaud the effort though man.

No longer have access to my LSU.edu address. I thought I had snuck through the cracks for a while, but apparently got axed when they switched email hosting clients.
Gonna miss it. 9 years with that address :pour some out:

agreed... i don't agree with LE on this issue, but the way he presents his opinion makes it more tolerable and also makes it an interesting conversation

Fail. Fuller's comments about the possibility of someone else having a gun was based on the witness video who overheard Smith and Hayes exchanging words. Everyone knew this already. In fact, it was public before Fuller ever spoke to the press.

what a sickening photo... you can see will's hand, and the MFer that shot him looking like he's straight from Sudan with that stupid fricking shite on
ETA: i'm assuming that's his hand, may be someone else

how come Fuller knew there was a second gun on Sunday?
He could have known that Shooter had second gun in car and blowing smoke up the arse.
Smith was driving a 100K+ vehicle and was still a public figure. It would be safe to assume he had a gun to protect himself regardless if his gun was seen at the crime scene or not.
Sometimes attorneys say things just to say them and sometimes it's the truth.

I'm pretty sure you've just been trolling, and don't actually believe this. My question is why?

Why didn't you answer the questions on the case that I asked?
And it wasn't just codeine. He was also caught with possession of an illegal weapon (that whole gun enforcement issue).
What were the circumstances around that one?
Personally, I think that is irrelevant too.
Then again, I also don't think Peyton Manning is a criminal sexual predator

No idea, but that would still make it illegal
And also irrelevant, just like the Will Smith issue. I'd be shocked if the judge allows either to stand in his courtroom.
