What exactly is wrong with this line of reasoning. The world will be watching, we have a choice as a city. Be perceived as bitter, small-minded, shallow, backwards and inhospitable. Or as gracious, progressive and ready to put the past behind us.
Is it possible that future Super Bowls for our city ride on this?
Of course, you make complete sense. 99% of the adults agree with you.

Look at VOR agreeing with snakebucket.
You just have to be the enlightened minority, huh?

I came by enlightenment naturally. It's too bad, though, if it's the minority. You guys should work on it.

Sean Payton reinstatement is too little too late for Roger Godell to make nice: MIKE TRIPLETT
Roger Goodell should be hailed as a New Orleans hero for helping to save a cosmopolitan city: JEFF DUNCAN
If I had a choice between beating the shite out of Goodell or Duncan, I think I would take Duncan. This low level sorry ecuse for a journalist has Goodell cum stains all over his dress. The arse sucking that this loser has done for the last 6 months should have him permanantly banned from any saints coverage. I really hope Payton has been reading his BS and treats him accordingly.

Would go with Duncan for a beat down in a heartbeat? Why? Because he's done nothing but blow goodell and talk about how bad a fanbase and team we are. I really wish that frick would just get his national job he wants and get the frick out of town

Duncan is obviously trying to score a job with the NFL or with ESPN. That's why he is towing Goodell's line.
It's ridiculous that people actually agree with him.

this is the most ridiculous thing jeff dorkan has ever written:
"Did Goodell cost the Saints a season? Maybe. But he also saved the team and perhaps the city from virtual extinction."

Someone should fark the Lance Moore "Didn't Read LOL" dance and add "Jeff Duncan" to the beginning.

I think Roger finally figured out that NOLA hates his frickin guts. Roger is running scared. This is why SP got an early pardon. SP made a point of telling fans to welcome RG.
