Can't wait until a PI gets challenged on a hail mary in the end zone at the end of the game, allowing for a last play with 0 on the clock at the 1 yard line. Will be hilarious.

Seems reactive, not proactive

I don't care.

The NFL is 100 years old and has yet to find a way to officiate a game properly by correctly applying the rules consistently. It's a flawed "game" that is really more of an entertainment spectacle than it is a true sporting competition.

I will watch this NFL product when the mood for a spectacle of entertainment strikes me. I will be at the gathering for the party, rather than for the spectacle.

PS Don't be shocked when the very first application of this rule works to deprive the Saints of a favorable outcome on a play in a game.

This will be a joke . Challenging wil be rampant and refs will look worse than before.

You still only have 2 challenge flags

31 owners supported it. No one can bitch down the line except for the Bengals

Really do not care if this makes the game longer. - just get it right !

If anything it would have made the game quicker.. because no OT.

Also, you still have the same amount of challenges, right?

You should be able to use them however you like.

That's a really good point.

That's the danger in this. Crap.

If anything, now, more than ever.. teams should throw a hail mary to end the first half too.

There's been too many obvious calls that should have been made. I'm glad it's finally reviewable.

Gronk gets bear hugged by kuechly in the end zone. Last play of the game. New England loses

Atlanta vs San Fran in nfc championship game. DPI leads to a turnover, game.

Saints TLL gets rocked. Mike Thomas gets held and leads to the brees pick

There's more but it's enough to say it's enough to make it a change

Call, no call, rule change, whatever, who cares

I just want to know why the fix was in against us and who that decision came from behind the no call.

If the NFL clearly wants a team to win, that will still happen another way. It just won’t be a blatant PI missed call.

This does not fix the bigger issue.

Should be kinda exciting, imagine a missed pass inteference, boos pouring down, announcers screaming over the foray, coach comes screaming down the sideline and throws the flag

I think he forces them to make the right call to avoid this situation..

This is what he’s aiming for imo puts pressure on officials to get a right the spotlight is on them now.

Safer path would have been to push for challenging helmet to helmet hits.

Safer path would've been to fire the refs. It would send a message to other refs to pay attention or lose your job.
