What are the other possible HC openings after the season?
Giants are a possibility but doubtful.
Raiders may like what Pierce has been doing.
Chargers if they continue to underperform. If they decide to hire a new HC, that's probably the most attractive gig.
Patriots maybe but their roster is pretty bad.
Broncos suck and would be hilarious to see SP sh*t canned but doubtful.
Chicago will probably get rid of Eberflus and they have a decent roster.
Atlanta hopefully keeps Arthur Smith.
Doesn't seem like a whole lot of job openings this offseason, not like the last few years anyways.

I think we need to go another year with Allen so we are in a "better" position for another coach.
Meaning we did worse, have a better pick, and Carr's contract becomes somewhat cuttable

It is absolutely going to be a retread. First off, no stud like Ben Johnson is going to tie themselves to our aging core and cap issues.

Aaron Glenn is who I am betting on.
Connection to the old staff, having success as a DC. I don’t want him to be the hire but fits the bill for what this FO will want.
