Because Tabasco tastes better and you always go through it faster. Louisiana is shite and takes forever to finish

Aged more and hotter.
I like em all and use them all. But still use Tabasco the most.

You must like the taste of vinegar. Tobasco isn’t good honestly. It’s too much vinegar honestly to be good hot sauce.
