You're right. And it was a similar situation late in the season last year.
The Saints offense late in the year just seems to fall by the wayside. They can't put together consistent drives when the defense plays well.

tampa only rushed 4. no blitz.
and......they were in cover 2 man under. we had 5 guys in man coverage. nobody double teamed. no blitz on the QB. and we throw that garbage play? we should be killing them underneath with them in that formation.

It is the biggest insult to a offense. The safeties sat back laughing. did not need to come up to help double team anyone nor blitz. we had 5 receivers who could not get open against man coverage underneath.
