Absolutely. He’s an elite difference maker. Green Bay has drafted very well for years now, stays cap savvy, and now gets to take a real crack at it. Their picks will likely be in the 20s so good for them for absolutely going for it.
The Cowboys won this trade IMO. They got 2 firsts and a pro bowl interior lineman.
For a player who can only rush the passer? Parsons better make a huge sack in the playoffs for that kind of cap space.

You're Delusional.
He has the highest QB pressure rate of any player in the NFL over the last four years
According to Pro Football Focus, Parsons has finished with a pass-rushing grade of at least 91.6 (elite) during each of his four seasons, and he ranks third in total pressures and first in pass-rushing productivity since 2021. By PFF's WAR metric, Parsons ranks second to only Myles Garrett since 2021.
His 52.5 career sacks are fifth-most for a player through his first four seasons. Three of the four players ahead of him -- Reggie White (HOF), DeMarcus Ware (HOF) and J.J. Watt (soon to be HOF)
Whether he ultimately gets there remains to be seen, but he is unequivocally on a HOF trajectory.

His name is literally Delusional. Thus the joke.

This is just a bad take. For one, being a pro bowler doesn’t mean what it used to. This is a massive fail for the cowboys on many levels. Kenny Clark is a 30 year old dt making 24 or so million dollars a year to be a run defender. He is a very solid player. You just gave up an elite level defender who you asked “what else does he do besides rush the passer”? Do you know what day and age we live in? He does the most important thing you can do on defense. He’s 26. You then trade him to a playoff team who is also the youngest team in the nfl and will be in the playoffs this year. So you got rid of an elite 26 year old defender in his prime for a run stopper and a possible player you can choose when you’re picking in the mid to late 20s if not 30s? Then you’re also taking on Kenny Clark’s 20+ mill a year (he was a salary dump for the packers) on top of it?
Paying Dak 60 mill and refusing to pay Parsons is a major problem. Like comical ownership.

To correct you. They got 2 first round picks. Not 1.
So now. The cowboys have a shite ton of trade collateral to play with along with a solid player on their dline.
They paid Dak and Ceedee. They can’t pay all 3 of the guys over $150mm.

I get what you’re saying. What they got from the trade isn’t awful per se. It’s what they’ve done and the moves they’ve made. Passrusher is the premier position in football besides qb. They decided pay Dak 55-60 million a year, lamb, and then a corner who has barely played since his massive contract extension. Then they trade the 26 year old player who is in the beginning of his prime. What they got in return? A 30 year old run stuffer (who i like) making 24 mill a year. And two projected late first round picks, all of this could have been avoided and they could have signed Dak, Lamb, and parsons. His stupidity stopped that from happening

Remember when we gave up a future high pick to move up and draft Davenport in the 1st?
Exactly. We essentially gave up the exact same thing for Davenport. A complete unknown.
Parsons is an elite, probably the best in the business at rushing the passer, going into his prime.
Packers are a smart organization. They won this trade hands down.

I said the same thing when we let Hendrickson leave. Shoukd have franchised tagged him and see if his year was a fluke or not.
Now we still regretting it years later…
Jerry fricked up big time.
