Young's combine will make or break him. at 175lbs, he has to run like Desean Jackson to be a 1st round pick

worst case if he is mardy gilyard type. undersized with average speed, could prob go in 3rd or 4th round

No he isn't.

Jenkins plays NG for the Jets, Wilkerson would replace Shaun Ellis at DE.

Taking him over an available Adrian Clayborn, Paea, Wilkerson, etc would remind me of the feeling of a Saints past #6 overall stretch choice taken over Marcus Trufant, Kevin Williams, Terrel Suggs, & Polamalu, etc
Like i said, Clayborn was a screw up on my part. I specifically remember trying to decided between him and Kerrigan for Tampa and decided to go with Kerrigan instead, even though i want the Saints to take Kerrigan. Because of that i wouldve likely had Clayborn going to the Saints. I pointed out multiple times that i wouldve had Paea going higher if it werent for his injury. Plus he might not work out at the combine, so nobody really knows where to put him at this point

You're right.

My mock was based on my own ,possibly incorrect, assumption that he'd carry over his Senior Bowl performance to the combine.

Something like a 4.45 wont get it done for him. He needs to really tear it up.

Mallett hands down for me. Eerily Ryan Leafish looking.

Newton I think will at least be a starter eventually. He's a mix of Vince Young & Big Ben to me.
