"I am excited to join the New Orleans Saints and deeply appreciate the faith that Mrs. Benson and the entire Saints organization have placed in me," Moore said. "I look forward to embracing the challenges ahead and am eager to get started. I would also like to thank the Philadelphia Eagles for an incredible 2024 season. I'm excited to begin this new chapter," Moore said in a statement.

Hell yeah! Moore is a great hire and was my #2 choice this entire time (Joe Brady was #1 but that was just because of my nostalgia for the 2019 LSU team). I hope ownership and the front office are willing to let him buy the ingredients and cook the meal. If that happens we could be great again but it is going to be a rough for the next 1-3 seasons so we are going to have to give Moore a long leash and not judge him until his 4th year IMO.

I don't think you can argue this hire at all
Great young and up and coming coach
Solid hire for offense
Dallas had some of their best offenses under him despite the Dallas dysfunction
He came into an Eagles situation with a lot of egos and it worked out
Herbert with Chargers was having a really good season under Moore until he got hurt

Fix the cap and let him do his job

IMO he's understands full well what he's getting here in NOLA, and is confident the management will support him and give him what he needs to succeed. It is going to ne a multi-year process and I also believe that by the 4th or 5th year we'll be saying he was one of the best hire of this cycle.

The thing to me about Brady (and it's neither here nor there) but why didn't any of the other teams care to interview him? Aside from Chicago who were getting Johnson you'd have thought that at least some of those teams would have wanted to bring him on for a in person interview.

I think it's possible they knew he was going to go back to the Bills or he's not as highly thought of yet as some might think. though that's hard to believe.

The idea that he said no thinks to the Saints job doesn't ride high in the water for me because he basically said the same thing to the other 5 teams. or 5 or the 6 teams didn't have him as their top option. When you consider who Dallas signed and no disrespect but 73 year old Carroll in LV seems like a head scratcher when there is young up and coming talent in the coaching ranks. I know he's got skins and all but how long is he going to be there realistically?

I for one think this was a good hire, and I have no expectations for the next few years, other than to see what Kellen can do.

I hope he can do better than 5 wins next year.

If nuss is here, look for the Saints to show strong interest in Garrett, his son.

I hope everyone is patient with moore. I’m excited about the hire, but he’s going to need time to get this roster right and get some of his guys in here.

Good news for him is im sure Gayle promised him patience.

Not really breaking news but more of an observation

He will want to coach his son

He should stayed in Philly. Could have really done something special up there.

Coming to this dumpster fire. What a bad judgement move.

Piss off loser

Go find another team if you’re too tender hearted for this rebuild.
