“How can that be a false start?” Pereira said. “Come on. That’s not enough for a false start. And not only do they call him once, they call him twice.”

Really is a fair guy. He's right. Brees has been doing this all the time and they just now call it on him? But not any other QB?

2 of the most ridiculous calls i've ever seen. and that's saying a lot considering how bad it's been

I know it sounds all whiney and stuff, but the refs truly have been against the Saints this year. It's obvious the past few weeks. They single handedly cost us the Patriots game and it was incredible we still nearly overcame that atrocity.

Still can't believe they called that a penalty on Brees when all quarterbacks motion for the ball in shotgun...........

He knows his shite. I've always liked him. I seriously doubt you could find anyone who seriously thought those were false starts.

Being completely serious, is it at all a possibility that Goodell could tell the refs to play us tough on calls? Not saying he did or does. But if it happened, could they keep it hushed up? Even if he doesn't hate us, he definitely has to want redemption for how he pretty much got embarrassed and dragged through the mud after the bounty shite.. and there's not any other way he could really "get us back."

I think it's too early to call.
Another game, we got somewhat helped by the refs.

I'll be keeping an eye open.
But I'm not ready to say the refs are out to get us.

aside from EVERYTHING else in that game they did against us.. the no holding call on an obvious hold last play of the game..

remember before half time when they fricked us out of an opportunity to at least get points when we were marching? could have got right back in the game before half. if anything a FG. still overcame all that. i'd love to see a montage of all the BS from that game against us. but I've been over that.

I am very pleased with how we have played on the road this year. Especially the north.. and this weekend is another great opportunity to play well on the road.. as will be with Seattle. All of this is great experience for the superbowl after we secure homefield throughout.

I kinda wish our games in Chicago and NE were later in the season. We need to get more used to the cold for the SB.

They did give a guy a 4 yrd gain after the ball bounced about a foot off the ground.
possibly the worst call I've ever seen

I'm not saying they did us any favors. Certainly the officiating did not help us in that game whatsoever. But to say they singlehandedly cost us the game.. I just can't jump on board with that. Brees and Payton had off days.

Giving them that catch actually helped us though by keeping the clock running.

I'm going to keep on saying it. Roger has no intention of handing SP any hardware. We've got a better shot of LSU getting treated fairly by Bugeyes in Tuscaloser than we do of the Saints catching a break from Roger's refs. Us winning out would only further highlight how badly he screwed us last year.
