Obviously we would be giving up our 1st and 2nd round picks in a package deal that would include some combination of players to meet Watsons $10mm hit
But what about Michael Thomas for DeShaun Watson, straight up?
I just think a chance like this doesn't come up very often and he is a proven franchise QB playing for the wrong team.

I’d love for Watson to come here too but there really seems like a very small possibility of it happening. If they move him, they need to have an option for their next qb. The saints just don’t have the draft assets. We could trade every pro bowler we have to them and it still wouldn’t make sense for Houston.

I was actually asking for opinions on what the trade package would end up being. Keep in mind when a player is disgruntled, he gets off cheap. David Johnson for Hopkins really did happen. Of course they got a 2nd too but that’s a great deal

Texans obviously don’t value the WR position as they let Hopkins (who can do more than MT13) go for a 2nd round pick and mediocre RB. I would try Peat, Davenport & 2 first rounders.
