You are taking this to the extreme. Stewart is a good football player, his testing numbers just made people think he should be an elite pass rusher which he isn’t. People had zero expectation of Stewart testing so well, and he was still considered a good prospect before that just not a potential dominant rusher.

I hate to say this, but call me batshit crazy, but we don’t even take a QB. We’ll sign Rodgers for a season and see what happens and draft a QB next year. I can see this happening. I hope I’m wrong but hell, nothing surprises me with this organization anymore

My source tells me that the Saints were interested in Shadeur but realized it just wasn’t worth it to take him at 9.
