It's the NFL not the NBA.
Mardi Gras jerseys have no place in the NFL.
And that's hideous by the way. I wouldn't recommend you make that even for a personal custom jersey.

The only concepts, and I will stress ONLY concept, I can possibly appreciate is the idea of a white helmet or white pants (not the practice whites we wear at times). But hell no to this Mardi Gras atrocity.
I'd love to see concept arts for a white helmet with a black fleur-de-lis and black and gold stripes in the middle. Idk how it would look even in concept so I"m sure it will be horrible.
Similarly, I want us to bring back the white pants we wore in the 1970s and 1980s. I wish that was part of the throwback jerseys instead of the mustard pants (which is fine, even though the damn golds don't match).
