Testimony evidence.
Court is about gathering and displaying evidence to prove your case beyond a certain level of scrutiny (beyond a reasonable doubt in crim).
It's not about establishing the absolute truth.
I can put it in another way. How did people prove cases before the proliferation of videos everywhere?
