I know he hasn't kicked in a very long time but hopefully he gets back to his pre injury self. He did end the day with a made 52 yarder.Last year sucked not being confident in any kick

If you recall, prior to his injury, he was not doing very good, was in a slump. Don’t be surprised if we start the year with a new kicker, his injury may be too severe to recover to a pro level.

Relax. He was 5 of 9 from 66 yards out.

He’s a great kicker. But he’s a kicker. The world doesn’t begin or end with that position. Obviously pre-injury Lutz was a beast and hopefully he returns to that. If not there’s no reason to waste sleep on

5-9 for his first time kicking in a year due to an injury.

I doubt these kicks were from the XP line

I'm not making a conclusion on his first day back from an 11 month recovery, but the fact is he was in a slump before the injury. I hope he makes it back to pre slump pre injury form, but there still is a decent chance he does not.

Kicker is an incredibly important position in a league that is now commonly kicking 50 yarders

You and doublebagger have the exact same talking point.

Everyone is always done. Little dick syndrome.
