na, closer to 4.6. doesn't at all look like a 4.5 guy on the field.

Possibly, but Hill is really fast and athletic. He will also be 29 when the season starts. I could see CSP stashing Humphrey on the PS to see if he could be that guy in the future.
But let’s be honest, he’s an UDFA that had really bad workouts. It’s very possible that he’s a camp body that won’t make the team.
