We don’t have a QB we can win with and we have no way to acquire one. I honestly cannot imagine what DA’s argument will be for how he’s going to turn things around next year.

The team’s going to have to tank next year to get a QB. You don’t want to ask a new coach to come in and tank. So, Allen stays for the tank then his arse is gone, never to curse another NFL team as head coach ever again.

Honestly.......I think the decision to just keep Carmichael and not bringing in someone who hadn't lived on Payton's front porch his entire a career annoys me more.

He's the whipping post right now for a team with no future. He'll slide back into DC (somewhere) when we hire his replacement at the end of the year next year (when there's actual draft capital to attract a decent coach). There's no good option to replace him this year.
