Fortunately, our cap space goes up rapidly in the years after 2025.
Everyone’s cap space goes up rapidly in the future. It’s amazing how much cap space is available when nobody is under contract in a given year.
All the “over the cap” contracts will have to be paid for eventually by years where we have space. All the 25 and 26 overages will be paid for in 27 and beyond. Once the process starts you’ll see the available cap space erode quickly.
Moore is stepping into a shite situation, once that can only be rectified with years of outstanding drafts.
Loomis has shown no recent ability to ID talent, thus we’re the worst situation in the NFL and need to be sold.

I understand that. But it should be done for the sole purpose of getting the Financials back in order for Moore and not letting Loomis kick the can down the road because he's in a win now mode 4 years after Brees retired. 2 or so years should be enough to get the team in order and starting to build for the future. By year 5 things should be greatly improved. And back in the playoffs on a regular basis. Moore could be like Payton 2.0 in a sense that he's young and an up and coming offensive guy. Let's hope he finds his groove here.
