1990 if you mean making the playoffs.
2009 in terms of seeding. Bears beat the Vikings to give us home field when we choked vs TB. That doesn’t happen and we lose by 3 TDs in Minnesota in the NFCCG. That was a lot of help.

I was wondering the same thing. I'll expand the question to ask how many last week of the season win and they're in games have they won? Either they need help and don't get it, or they have control and can't take care of business.
The first one I remember was a week 16 game against the Steelers in the 80s that they lost. I think there was a home game against the Rams on New Years Eve that they lost.
