Lack of Taysom in the second half

I have heard a lot of people questioning him not being in the game in the second half, even Mike D on the radio this morning. The obvious answer as to why he wasn't out there is he is the #3 QB. With Carr out for the game, you have to be more careful with him, in case something happened to Jameis.
Now, I would have leaned on him in the last 4 minutes when you had a chance to get back tied, but the coaching staff is conservative and shitty.

"Be more careful" yet you still split him as a WR. Taysom's near career ender was a pass from Jameis. Use him as a RB QB combo, that's the most effective taysom.

At that point, they were still clawing back down from 24 points. You don't take one of your top playmakers out for just in case. Even if the gameplan was to go with Winston, they should have had Hill in right after the injury on that 3rd & 1 and 4th & 1

I completely understand the lack of usage after Carr went down, but the lack of touches prior to that happening is just inexcusable.
The ONE scoring drive we had in the 1H, he had multiple touches. The next 3 drives:
3 and out
3 and out
End of half

Also, went back and checked because I though he had 2 "drops" from Winston and saw Hill had the back-to-back incompletions from Winston w 3minutes left in the 3rd. This was the series after Carr was injured, so they decided to get conservative with Hill down 2 scores?

Hill definitely dropped 2 in a row. One was a flat out drop and the other was a much tougher contested pass.
I agree they should have used Tay on the 3rd and 4th and short. Stupid to be "conservative" when the game is on the line.

It’s adorable they’re still playing this completely straight like they’re some contender. Dude has been a massive part of the offense when we’ve had success. Just shows how it’s all about self preservation with this regime.

I couldn't remember if 1 of them was a drop, or a great defensive play.

WTF is this, found the snap count for the game
AT: 56 (84%)
Olave: 54 (81%)
Juwan: 51 (76%)
AK: 51 (76%)
Shaheed: 46 (69%)
Moreau: 21 (31%)
Taysom: 20 (30%)
Bowden: 19 (28%)
Williams: 15 (22%)
MT: 2 (3%) - injury obviously affected this
Prentice: 1 (1%)
AT went from 8 snaps vs Indy, 16 vs Chi, to leading the offensive weapons in snaps. That seems logical.

I'd think winning the game would be more important than worrying over a 2nd QB injury in the same game. You still have Haener for future games and adjusting the roster after this game.
