Based on warmups, it looks like Tyrunn Walker will be inactive for the Saints, meaning they'll have a three-man DT rotation.
Manti Te'o, Dwayne Washington, Will Clapp and Derek Newton are also among the players working out with the group that is typically inactive.

Hendrickson is actually not that good against the run, which is why he's largely been inactive. Pass rushing is his forte.
They had an article about his progress in both and while his run D has improved, it's still not good, but he has a great pass rush tool set.
But pass rushing is what we need more of with Rankins out. The run D is only very slightly worse without Rankins on the field (which is usually obvious run downs), but we have less sacks and give up more explosive plays without Rankins.

He’s not great obviously but last year from the DE spot he played the run well. If he slides into DT that’s a different story

Last year he had 13 total tackles, 6 of which were assisted. That was in 281 snaps.
He wasn't awful against the run, but he isn't good against it either. He's decent at best but usually subpar, which is why he's inactive so often. We usually only put him in on pass rushing downs.
On the flipside Davenport is a beast against the run, and Okafor is very good. They made Hendrickson unnecessary. Rankins being out and needing a little more for the pass rush is why he'd be active.
