Seriously what the hell would Kirk cousins on one leg do for a team bottoming out and rebuilding??
Either you have the stomach to tear this thing down and build it back better or we’re going to slowly bleed out.

How we feel about the Saints matters little. Rebuilding to most fans usually excludes excellence early on. We look to positive things as we go. You do you.

no one is rooting for them to lose games, bro... but the REALITY is this is a 3 win team... no one wants their favorite team to suck so much, but they do... it is what it is... this is not a good team.... adding an aging, mediocre QB doesn't change that, in any way, shape or form...
what is the difference to you, in winning 5 or 6 games vs. 3 games? you still in the same basic position, but the added risk of possibly losing draft position...
we are in the state we are in already b/c of those 8-8, 9-7 just missed the playoffs types of seasons...
yes, it will suck to see them lose so many games, but the greater good is to let the obvious happen, then take the picks we will have and use those picks to acquire as much talent, across the board, as we can...
and fwiw, we likely won't be all that much better next year either... it will take a few season to get this roster turned over, b/c there are a lot of positions we need a tremendous amount of help at

If you expected this to be a good season then that’s your fault. This is what a rebuild looks like when you frivolously spent money on bad contracts for years. You have to start getting out of the the hole at some point. Wasting draft picks to overpay an average QB to win you 7-8 games is not the way to do that.

Absolutely. At this point in time I’d rather 1-16 over a 9-8 season. I’m hoping Arch comes out because we will be picking no later than 3 in this 2026 draft
