What is the story on this dude? Is he on the temp IR or PUP? His hamstring injury is 7-8 weeks old now and should be ready to go.

Why havent they cut him yet?
I was expecting him to get cut at the end of preseason since he’s done nothing but take up a roster spot.

On IR/PUP so he is not counting as a roster spot at the moment
On cheap rookie deal
Only 2nd yr in the league, has flashed but not enough film on him to know if he is bad/subpar/average/good/great or not yet.
AK & Taysom both get hurt every year and are already battling injuries 3 weeks into this season.
The only other RBs on the roster are Jamal Williams who looks slow & plodding at times, Jordan Mims who looks to be just another guy at this point, and Kibodi who looked against scrubs in preseason but the staff has not felt good enough about him to activate him yet.
Unless Kendre is a headcase or terrible locker room/team guy then you do not cut him.

Reports coming out this morning it looks like Kendre is about to start practicing & ramping up for a return to action
