Every friggen year we go on a run and get ourselves middle of the pack shite draft order.
I wonder how teams like Kansas City, Buffalo, Tampa, New England (Brady), New Orleans (Brees), etc. managed to be winners not following that strategy?

All arse I’d rather get a playmaker and more talent on defense and build around rattler until we land better.

Tbh I’m ok with just a top 10 pick. Not sure who the pick at #1 would even be at this point.

And draft who? Not the year for #1

If Kellen Moore is able to get this team to 7-10 and the middle of the first round draft pick then that should be overall viewed as a positive
I won’t view it as a positive, I’ll view it as worthy of Hall of Fame induction. 7 wins with this roster would be a miracle.

I'd prefer us to gradually get better as the year goes on but still lose enough games to get a top 3 pick. Even if there isn't a franchise QB to take at #1 you can still build your lines or trade down. Most years someone is willing to trade up to one of the top spots to grab their guy. Bain, Downs or Arvell seem to be elite on the defensive side. And all fill a need for the Saints.

Yes…the Saints should violate all kinds of laws by screwing over the betting population so that you can hang your hopes on an as of yet unknown rookie who hasn’t played a down of NFL football.
Solid…
Solid…

Dont care if we lose the rest of the year. Just as long as we beat the Falcons 2x.
In a year with a low ceiling it would almost be better that way
