Anybody think he could be Drew's replacement in a couple of years?

when are people gonna accept the fact that we have already signed Drew's replacement? were not gonna dump anymore valuable resources in the QB position until Teddy proves (or doesn't prove) he is Payton's guy for the future. and were at least one season away from knowing that.

well to be fair, that's just not true. The valuable resources will be having to sign TB5 (again) after this year looking for low starter money at likely 20 million or so. So yes, trading for Rosen sucks a bit back tracking on what we've dumped into Teddy so far but there's still logic to the move we're able to avoid paying starting qb money for a few more years if the talent is near equals.

Stop listening to espn. Not to be a dick but this is 25th thread on Josh f@cking Rosin
Arizona don't want him and the other 31 teams have all passed on him for now.
What does that say?

Arizona hired a coach who couldn’t get a college job. What do they really know?

By all accounts Josh Rosen is uncoachable, unlikable, a bad leader, and is a statue in the pocket.
IMO, his ceiling is Jay Cutler aka a player that puts up decent stats but loses. His floor is complete bust who sucks in every way possible.
NO THANKS

Rosen has a very punchable face, don’t want him. He’s a cocky little f’er from what I remember about him in college.

I was talking about paying for, or trading for another QB. Teddy has been told he's the replacement so of course he is gonna get paid. They seem to be all in. So outside of some 6th or 7th round flyer or free agent, they're not gonna invest a lot in the QB position except for Teddy.

NO!!!!
QB must be a leader on and off the field. Players must respect him even if they don't love him off the field. Rosen doesn't seem to be earning the respect of players/coaches. If he's lucky enough to get paired with a coach who has a good offense AND he works his arse off, drops the attitude and leads by example, his stock will rise, but you can't change the spots on a leopard.
I think most people think his arm talent is legit and his processing is good, but he better work on his strength and mobility if he wants to show more than the stereotypical cocky prom king QB persona in the NFL. Someone said it earlier, his trajectory looks like Cutler at best.

Sounds like he is about to be a Dolphin for their 2nd rounder.
