I would. He's an elite WR maybe even top 5 if he can keep his head out of his arse.

If we move cooks he could be a game changer.. I say give him 1 year/ 7 mil with ZERO guarantees. essentially make it a 1-2 mill contract that can max at 7 with incentives. not someone u really see but it could draw him to sign with us. if he fricks up u cut ties immediately and it costs nothing, if he shows he's changed u can extend him

well Snead, Thomas, Ginn jr., Gordon, would be a hell of a lineup but I doubt they are interested in signing any more WR and will go with a draft pick if they want to bring in another one

Per Rotoworld, he applied for reinstatement on March 1, 17.... Also states Browns aren't expected to welcome him back!
