I dont know what the exact polar opposite of a killer instinct is, but Kromer has that. Something along the line of the killer and survival instincts of a retarded baby squirrel born into captivity missing half its brain.

Dude, don't hate. It's the equivalent of you having to do your boss's boss's job for a few weeks. In the back of your mind, you know you have no authority. It's a testament to the character of the team that we had a legit shot to win all 6 games.

as long as our guys keep missing tackles it'll be hard to see the small differences that can add up, and possibly change games.

He will allow our other coaches to concentrate on their specific jobs and that breathing room may provide the space to grow.
