So we’re suppose to remember how bad we were before Payton/Brees and forget 15 years of football and go back to being happy about being mediocre now?? 15 years of football was an anomaly?? Lol
Lol some of you deserve to get fleeced by Gayle.

They could appease at least one Saints fan (me) if they would just fire Carmichaels useless arse
Part of me doesn’t want DA to leave because I think he can get our defense back to being legit. Don’t forget, they were really good at the start of this season, but our own offense have worn these guys out
Gotta be frustrating taking the field knowing that no matter what you do, or how many times you get the ball back, it won’t matter because your offense can’t ever do diddly poo with the football
I guess what I’m saying is that replacing the OC buys him at least one more year in my book

Well that’s probably the move. I hate DA as the head coach and pissed about that Mickey Mouse coaching search. Doug Peterson is a Louisiana guy and not sure they even talked to him.
But with the bears prob open, chargers open, patriots open……the saints job is way down the line with a not good line up of potential coaches. (I’m saying they are ahead due to QB or capital)
If they could find a stud OC to RUN the offense and basically delegate DA back to DC that might be the right move. Besides with the cap etc 2024 is already doomed

He saying that to save face. Saints are 6-7 in the division still. They aren’t keeping Allen after another 7-10 campaign.
