and I’ll say it again. If the saints had any balls, they’d fire Dennis Allen at end of year for obvious reasons, and publicly offer the job back to Sean.

Make him say it out loud that he was never done with coaching and that he was just done with the saints.

Then say bidding starts at 2 first round picks for whichever of you teams want him. Start fighting. Otherwise, frick off back to the booth for 2 more years, Coach.

If Loomis lets Sean go to another team without getting a fair value I’m done with this franchise. I was close to being done after the CGJ trade but I’m loyal to my saints. But if we get screwed again I’m done and it’s because of our own doing.

We literally received less compensation for CGJ than we gave up for Bradley Roby

When has Loomis gotten value in any trade(s)? He doesn't.
Nothing but a bean counter that manipulated the cap numbers until it blew up right in his face. Horrible GM from a football and personnel standpoint.

If the Saints are allowing Loomis to make the player personnel acquisition, disposition and retention decisions, because he is, in fact, the General Manager, then the Saints are going to keep losing.

Loomis is a bean counter. He is not a "football guy" who knows how to construct a SB-winning roster.

Loomis is a great businessman. If the Saints franchise is more interested in profitability than in winning SBs, Loomis is your guy.

And if the best offer we get us one 1st, then what?

Let’s not act like the Max Unger trade wasn’t good value at the time. They’ve been dogshit lately but that doesn’t paint the whole picture.

I feel like Sean with Dalton and Thomas next season would win the south easily

I feel like with more playoff appearances and SB wins, you'd get more fans and sell more merch, thus having more profits..

But maybe I'm just old school

Khai Harley does this, not Loomis. Honestly think he’s just a figurehead.

we'll have 9+ losses either way.

Having a HOF coach tell the world that the franchise is fricked up and he wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole is a very bad look.

Feel this way exactly but Loomis will hook up his Buddy Payton and let him go for a 3rd rounder.

I dont think we would with SP coaching. I dont think Dalton would still be starting, less bonehead plays..etc

So you'd turn down a 1st and instead take a nothing?

Brilliant!!!

That is how an incompetent franchise would operate.

Tampa gave up 2 firsts for Gruden. If there are multiple teams who want Sean, someone will give up an additional first.

You sound like someone who gets screwed a lot when purchasing.

Why does everyone here still talk about Michael Thomas as though he's such a great player still? Dude has played like 10 games in 3 years. Pushing 30 years old.

He's no sure thing.
