It's possible that Payton and Sean McVay swap jobs.

Payton to the Rams and McVay to Fox would be an interesting switch of careers. Payton then coaches Stafford and Mayfield as QB'S.

McVay seems way too robotic for TV. Don’t get the appeal.

If Payton goes to LA it’s with the chargers. Rams aren’t in a great situation.

If McVay leaves the Rams it will be to go to TV, not another coaching job.

They just won a super bowl lol. Can’t be that bad of a situation. Plus players will want to play in the LA market.
