Is now the time to extend McCoy, CGJ, Harty and Onyemata?

They are all unrestricted free agents after the year and are all in their prime. We actually have some cap space to work with I wouldn’t mind trying to get a deal done with at least a couple of them now but I hope they all come back. McCoy should be first up followed by CGJ. I think we can get deals for Harty and Onyemata that work for both team and player but those other 2 are in line for a big payday.

Onyametta is probably ahead of CGJ just because of how badly we need interior help. He’s a beast. We didn’t get to see him a ton last year because of the suspension. But outside of him our interior d line is pretty weak.

CGJ probably won't do us any favors after being the trade bait for Russell Wilson, and then bringing in a bunch of secondary help

I’d go McCoy, Onyemata then CGJ. All three will probably get done. All three are critical to our success. I don’t think McCoy or O will break the bank

Onyemata won’t be too bad. His last deal was 3 years $26 million. He will be 30 this year so another contract in that range is a steal if you ask me. Davenport I’m waiting to see how he plays or if he plays this year before considering a new contract with him. McCoy will probably set the market for centers so that means he will probably get about $14-15 million a year and he’s worth it. CGJ I’d think something like 4 years $50 million or $12.5 mil a year. Harty will be around $7-9 million a year.
