Would have been 14 if that dumb ref wouldn't have ran right into the path of Lattimore.

Top corners out against LA so I don't consider it a loss. More of an unfortunate situation.

Atlanta just had a lot go their way tonight. Plus that pick in the end zone was wild.

I thought that was one of their most impressive performances No one is beating those injuries, those flags on the road against any team let alone a good one, but the saints almost did

No. Offense was abysmal. We should be abled to score more when the defense creates 3 turnovers.
Our offense shouldn't go to shite just because Kamara is out.

With all due respect...on that last interception, defender should’ve just fallen down, rather than run it out of the endzone. Starting with the ball on the 25 is a little easier on the offense than starting off on the 5/6 yard line.

Serious?
7 points on a bullshite roughing the passer on a 3rd and long.
3 points off the board on stupid line up at 4 seconds left till half.
That's the game...right there, that's the game.

It shouldn't. This team is built to play anywhere. And if it comes down to QB play in the NFC, I love the shite out of our chances with the remaining QBs in the conference

We played our division rival, on the road, with our best offensive weapon out of the game and numerous other injuries, and still almost won the game. When this team is healthy we can beat anyone in the league.

Checked the schedule after last nights game. Saints are 2-4 against teams with winning records. Both wins came against Carolina. They are 7-0 against non-winning teams.(.500 or below). Based on the remaining schedule, they should finish 11-5, and probably win the division. But with all the injuries, I don’t see them going far in the playoffs. Another solid offseason, and I think they are bonafide Super Bowl contenders next year!

Agree 100%. I didn't anticipate winning the game going in. Extremely tough spot, plus on road. Then with the injuries, the flags, etc we still had the game in hand. As I watched the game there was no doubt in my mind who the better team was and is. I think we skull drag Atlanta in the Dome if we are even somewhat healthy.

That Saints performance was certainly Heroic.

The injuries may hurt the team going forward. The roster has insufficient depth. I don't know what the future holds.

But all that aside -- the New Orleans Saints turned in a Heroic performance -- the kind you don't see very often from any NFL team.

I disagree. If there are no major changes in circumstances, I would bet on the Atlanta Falcons to win the game in the Superdome against the Saints. It would be very close, but, I say that the Falcons' roster remains slightly superior to the Saints.

The Saints are over-achieving this season. It's amazing to watch these heroics and I say "Dilly Dilly" to them, in keeping with the Zeitgeist of the day.

But in the end, the Falcons team that went to the SB last season has the same roster this season. NOW they have adjusted to their new OC.

If adusting is scoring 20 on a defense with 4 starters out and 9 first downs by penalties, sure

Had the field goal at the end of the first half counted, the Saints run the clock down and kick the game winning fg and this thread is never started. Like others have said that was damn impressive considering the injuries sustained, the shite calls by the refs, and being a road game on an extremely short week.
