Is it a foregone conclusion that Aaron Glenn ,

is the next head coach of the New Orleans Saints?

I hope not. Don’t want anyone who has any ties to Sean Payton.

Clean slate. No Payton or DA coaching tree hires

I don't want a defensive minded coach. We just got rid of one of those.

Based on what exactly?

Klint Kubiak
Joe Brady
Deion Sanders
In that order. Now ifs ands or buts

You sir are a gentleman and a scholar

Would say there's probably a 70% chance that a Rooney Rule will be the next HC. Just don't see Ownership or Management bucking NFL hierarchy, especially in a woke racial political environment such as New Orleans.

SirusXM was pumping Glenn up today!

I'll put my fan card on hold until he's gone if that happens

Won't happen. We'll interview like every team does and pass over them like 90% of teams.

I think i want a young offensive guy paired with a legit DC.

Hire Ben Johnson as HC and I hear Dennis Allen is jobless so call him up to see if he wants to be a dc

I know it’s highly unlikely but if Rizzi wins out you have to give him a look .. right? These guys are really playing hard for him right now

Yeah he sucks and his coaching tree as well. Dan Campbell says hello.
Instead of blaming Loomis for the idiocy of hiring the known quantity with DA you piss on Payton, the only and likely will be the only SB winner in Saints history.

Why is that? He's won at both his coaching stops. He's certainly not my favorite, but he's been successful and knows the pro game.

If Rizzi wins out, he gets the job without a doubt. I have a hard time seeing him going through rams, packers, and bucs to pull that off though.

If we can’t get Ben Johnson I’m cool with the best minority hire. Worth the extra couple of picks because we aren’t winning until we get the cap right. Keep him two years, get the cap under control, land the two extra thirds and dump him for big game hunting after a couple of years when we have more space to obtain assets.
