Is Derek Carr…Andy Dalton?

Is he basically prime Andy dalton? I seen a lot of comparisons of Derek to other guys but haven’t seen this yet.

Dalton always had arm limitations, even when he was young. I think the Stafford comparisons are probably the most spot on. Cannon arm, good guy, stuck with a losing franchise.

Underhill's article suggest that the Saints wanted Carr because of how much responsbility he can take on, Similar to how Bress operated with checks and setting the blocking schemes.
Gruden had Carr operating with that amount of influence when he was there but McDaniels has a much more rigid system.

Sure as hell cannot rely on Carmichael or any of the other half arse coaches to call an offense.
