I don't know about all season... but Kat Terrell said his play today may have been impacted by the illness that caused him to miss practice on Friday

it is cold & flu season and if he had that and was still trying to get over it... I can understand him not playing well today

Just a random note but Armstead was listed with an illness on Friday, didn't talk to the media tonight because he didn't have much of a voice due to being sick. I think he told someone he has the flu, or at the least, some sort of bug

he wasn't close to 100% today

Are you serious? Armstead has been one of the best LTs all season. Him and Ram are one of the best tackle tandems in the league.

He appears out of shape, possibly injured (shocker)

My main concern is the interior with Pussy Peat leading the way and his not so great backup Clapp.

This. I’m on record before the season pointing at LG as our greatest liability. Armstead can’t hold down the left side by himself. Clapp’s Sunday is very concerning, not only if/when an underperforming Peat is injured, but also if Armstead is. Disappointing that we blew our wad for Cook instead, also on record.

Nick Easton is the 24th highest paid guard in the league. There are 64 starting guards. He hasn’t played a snap all year

Armstead? no. But do you know who is 6'7 315lbs and is found on his arse more than anyone? Andrus Peat. Ive never seen someone who can be so good and then so garbage a play after. Maybe I will get critisized but with his size and athleticism he should be more dominant. I've seen him drag LBers out of bounds but I've also seen him fall over when a CB blows on his face.

Is he THAT bad in practice? It can't be injury, they would have just placed him on IR.

He has to just be dogshit in practice or something.

He spent a lot of time trying to help that pathetic Clapp. He cannot block both his man and Clapp's. We need an actual NFL-caliber player to play in case a starting guard gets injured.

And it wasn’t just Armstead more like the city of New Orleans.

Has been sick the past week. Not every game or outcome has a cataclysmic reason. It’s a long season. Relax.

He's actually played well this season. Apparently he was sick or something yesterday. It was just a terrible overall team performance and he was included.
