It makes no sense to me at all why you kick there.

Sean Payton should be fired

It is an objectively incorrect decision that reduced our likelihood of winning materially.

Same with going for two on the second TD instead of the first last week.
NFL coaches do some dumb shite. It's nothing new.

It's not even up for debate. It's not subjective or murky like the decision to throw to Tommy Lee Lewis on a 3rd and long earlier.
People that think we should have kicked there are the same that oppose modern day shifts in baseball infields, etc.

It’s the right decision. If you go for it and don’t get the TD you’re down TWO TD to tie. You kick the FG there and you’re down ONE TD and ONE FG. It’s easier to get a fg than a TD

no, that was the right call last week... if we don't make the 2 pt conversion if we go for it on the 1st, we are essentially out of it right off the bat, probably deflating the guys and killing momentum...
this week, not going for it, though, was the incorrect call... Romo was exactly right... if you don't get it, they are buried on their goalline and the field position is switched, so you can get back there relatively quickly....

Yep. You're not going to get that close that often and you've got 3 more possessions, at best. You go for it there. Give them 96 yards to go.

You're going to be deflated if you miss the conversion rather first or the second time. Missing it off the bat at least gives you the foresight of how to play the next kickoff and what not.
