Consider signing Eric B as OC. As long as he's coaching under Reid, he will never get any credit like any of Reid's past OC's whom all became head coaches.

It will look worse when he's fired along with Allen in 12 months although maybe he'd get a couple interim HC games.

I really wonder if they’ll try to get Carr. DA drafted him. I think he could be a decent bridge. I’d hire his former OC under gruden, Greg Olsen.
